The Skye Halifax development has reached an important construction milestone with the issuance of the required blasting permit by Halifax Regional Municipality, allowing site preparation work to advance to the next phase.
Crews have begun drilling operations in preparation for controlled blasting and excavation activities. This work will facilitate the installation of tie-back anchor systems, which are critical to supporting and stabilizing excavation walls as construction progresses below grade.
